孟凡阁，曲阜师范大学经济学学士、首都经济贸易大学西方经济学硕士、国民经济学博士，现就职于北京成品人和一品二品的区别经济学院博士后流动站。研究方向包括老龄化、数字化转型、劳动生产率等，在Mathematical Population Studies、PLOS ONE等学术期刊发表论文。
